Straight answers on delivery, sizing and returns.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on where the item ships from, and each product page says which. The Face Shot balaclava, animal print balaclava and spherical goggle ship from a US warehouse: estimated 4 to 10 days. Jackets and the anorak ship from a US distributor: estimated 4 to 10 days. The other goggles, spare lens, gloves, socks and gaiter ship from the supplier in China: estimated 6 to 17 days. The Sidehit and Highline pants ship from China: estimated 12 to 31 days. The Skeezy beanie is made to order: estimated 7 to 16 days. Every order gets tracking.
How much is shipping?
US shipping is $8, and free when your order is $70 or more. If your bag mixes items that ship from different places (for example a US-warehouse balaclava and a China-shipped glove) and is under $70, it's $8 for each place: $16. We ship to the lower 48 states and DC.
What if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?
30-day returns on unused items, in the condition they arrived. Email us your order number and we send you the return address. For a change-of-mind return you pay the return postage. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, send us a photo and we refund you or send a replacement.
Which size baggy pant should I get?
It's cut baggy on purpose, but the sizes run small by US standards. On the maker's chart, XL is for 5'5"–5'7" and 143–161 lb, and 3XL is for 5'9"–5'11" and 176–198 lb. The chart doesn't say whether the waist is measured flat or all the way round, so if you're unsure, send us your height, weight and usual size before you order.
Do the balaclavas work with goggles and a helmet?
They're made to be worn that way. The Face Shot goes on under the helmet, with your goggles over the eye opening; the animal print balaclava has one wide eye slot for goggles. Fit depends on your helmet and goggle frame, so if they don't work together, it's covered by our 30-day returns on unused items.
When does the pre-season sale end?
Sun Oct 25, 11:59 PM EDT. Sale prices are shown next to the regular price on each product and in your bag.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, for a full refund until we place it with the fulfilment partner, usually within 1 business day. Email us as soon as you can. After that it's handled as a return.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs on Shopify. Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and major cards are accepted.
